Smells Like: Straight black licorice, bold and unapologetic — the anise takes over first, dark and sharp, with a thin ribbon of orange peel underneath keeping it from going full candy-shop. Not a "nice" scent. A memorable one.
NB: This bar is loaded with real activated charcoal and ground pumice — the charcoal pulls grease and grime out of your skin, and the pumice does the scrubbing regular soap can't. The licorice-heavy scent is a byproduct of the anise itself, not an added fragrance — some love it, some are surprised by it. Either way, it means business.
